Both have easy-to-find resources explaining how to use them. Instead, if you want to use English UTAU, try to find a voicebank in one of the two most popular styles, Arpasing or VCCV. The sound of the voicebank is fine enough, though it has a noticeable Japanese accent which may or may not be your thing, but the main thing is just that the scheme it uses to write the sounds (X-SAMPA) is old, and it'll be hard for you to find resources explaining it. Teto English is not a good voicebank to start from.
